Shipping & Returns 

Shipping Policy

Every package shipped will have insurance from the delivery company included in the shipping cost, for the value of the purchase, and the purchaser is responsible for ensuring they have included the correct "Ship to address" information.  Therefore any issues of recompense / damage to the product through shipping and/or delivery will be between the shipping company and the purchaser and is not the responsibility of Lizzie Jane, or Lizzie Jane Art Studio.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to individual viewing settings on your device, the real life prints may have a slight colour difference in comparison with your viewing screen.

An exchange for a purchase(s) will be granted only under the following conditions:

It has been less than 30 days since the purchase was paid for, and

If the product(s) shipped was not the one ordered as according to the original invoice, and 

stated incorrect product(s) has been returned safely, and in excellent condition, to Lizzie Jane at Lizzie Jane Art Studio.  The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Prior to returning the product(s) the purchaser MUST contact Lizzie Jane at lizziejane.artstudio@outlook.com and we will work out the details in writing.

Upon receipt and verification of the excellent condition of the product, the original order will be fulfilled and shipped to the purchaser.

Due to the delicate nature of the product(s) and because every package is insured for the full value of the product(s) by the delivery company to cover any loss or damage during shipping, refunds of any kind/returns for refunds will not be granted.
