"Where Am I?" by Vonbethe.

"Where Am I?" by Vonbethe.

"Where Am I?" by Vonbethe.   This haunting piece stems from the sorrow over the tragedies of the many missing and murdered Indigenous women of Canada and the United States.  The red dress, torn and burnt, damaged... represents the horrors inflicted upon, and the torment of not knowing where these women are:  women who should be treasured and valued.  White... symbolizing the innocence with which we started within the world.
